Meditative soundtracks

Need music for your latest Yoga class, video, meditation practice or anything else?

These are made so you can loop them as background sound and music. Everything is recorded by me in my log cabin in south Sweden. The nature sounds are recorded by me in the woods where I live. Each loop is 10 minutes long.

Pine trees stand tall and proud, their evergreen branches reaching towards the sky with a grace that whispers of ancient wisdom and enduring strength. The soundscape was inspired by the woods where I live with strumming calming chords on a banjo and piano mixed with a sparkling mandolin sound.

Imagine being inside a cozy cabin with the soothing power of nature outside. Step inside, and you're greeted by the crackling of a fire dancing merrily in the hearth, casting a soft glow across the wooden beams and inviting furnishings. The scent of pine and cedar permeates the air. Made in my own log cabin with melodic but sparse sounds of piano, chimes, guitar and soundscapes.

“Angels”

Angels, beings of light and love, exist beyond the confines of our earthly realm, yet their presence touches our lives in ways both subtle and profound. This one I made in a struggling period of life. Hearing my partner Matilda singing gave me comfort so I recorded her angel-voice and gave it a comforting cloudy soundscape with deep pads, foggy winds, guitars, mandolins and chimes.

“Sparks and Fireflies”

Together, sparks and fireflies weave a tapestry of wonder and delight, drawing us into the mystery of the night. They remind us of the beauty that lies in the fleeting moments, the transient sparks of joy that illuminate our lives and leave us breathless with wonder. I was thinking about those lovely camping nights I’ve made. In a sound-bed of deep soundscapes, crackling fire with sparks, fleeting sounds of harmonica, piano, mandolin and guitars.

In the heart of the woods, where sunlight filters through a canopy of emerald leaves, lies an enchanted forest that seems to exist beyond the realm of time. Reminded by being surrounded by the magic of the woods where I live. This soundtrack came so naturally with soft calming chimes, plucking the strings of my old guitar, deep sounds and curious playful sparse keys. The birds are recorded by me in the woodsy area where I live.

As night falls and the first stars emerge, the world is transformed into a realm of enchantment and possibility. I imagined lying down on a big field while making this soundscape of strumming mandolins, soothing harmonica and chimes. All embedded in majestic deep soundscape to bathe in. Reminding myself on how connected everything is.
